About Me
When I was a teenager, my dad experienced major depression. He had difficulty getting out of bed and eventually saw a counselor. A few years later, my husband and I experienced infertility and counselors helped with both of those difficult life situations. Through these life events, I realized that I wanted to pursue the profession of counseling and become a clinical mental health therapist. It has encouraged me to specialize in working with clients regarding the following symptoms: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, infertility, pre-marital, and couples counseling.
I am honored to help you along your journey of life with empathy and hope!
